General Cancellation Terms

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of service and timing of cancellation. All cancellations must be made in writing via email or through your account dashboard.

Holiday Packages

Cancellation Charges:

  • 30+ days before travel: 10% of total cost
  • 15-29 days before travel: 25% of total cost
  • 7-14 days before travel: 50% of total cost
  • 3-6 days before travel: 75% of total cost
  • Less than 3 days: 100% of total cost (no refund)

Flight Bookings

Flight cancellations are subject to airline policies and may include:

  • Airline cancellation fees as per their policy
  • Service charges: ₹500 per passenger for domestic flights
  • Service charges: ₹1,000 per passenger for international flights
  • Some promotional fares may be non-refundable

Hotel Bookings

Hotel cancellation policies vary by property:

  • Free cancellation: Available for most bookings up to 24-48 hours before check-in
  • Non-refundable rates: Cannot be cancelled or modified
  • Peak season: Stricter cancellation policies may apply
  • Service charges: ₹200 per room per night may apply

Train Bookings

  • Cancellations follow Indian Railways policy
  • Service charges: ₹100 per passenger
  • Refund timeline: 7-10 working days
  • Tatkal tickets have different cancellation rules

Taxi Services

Cancellation Timeline:

  • 2+ hours before pickup: Free cancellation
  • 1-2 hours before pickup: 25% of total fare
  • Less than 1 hour: 50% of total fare
  • No-show: 100% of total fare

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7-14 working days for most services
  • Bank processing time may vary (additional 3-5 working days)
  • Refund confirmation will be sent via email

Force Majeure

In case of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or provide the best possible resolution. Standard cancellation charges may be waived at our discretion.
